Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of slot-saver ("the Service"), a booking and customer-messaging tool operated for small service businesses in India. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

slot-saver provides a public booking page, appointment management, WhatsApp messaging assistance, waitlist automation and optional UPI deposit collection. Features available depend on your plan.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information, the services you list, and for honouring bookings made through your page. Keep your login credentials secure.

3. Customer messaging

You confirm you have a legitimate basis to message the customers you add or who book with you, and will comply with WhatsApp's Business policies and applicable Indian law. slot-saver is a tool; you are the sender of record.

4. Payments & deposits

Subscription fees are billed monthly via Razorpay or Stripe. Deposits you collect from customers are processed via Razorpay UPI and settled to your linked account, subject to the payment provider's terms.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for spam, unlawful content, or to harass customers. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Availability & liability

The Service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior month.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
