Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions
slot-saver Pro (₹499/mo) and Multi-location (₹999/mo) are billed monthly with no lock-in. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle and is not auto-renewed thereafter.
Because plans are billed monthly in advance, fees already charged for the current month are generally non-refundable. If you were charged in error or experienced a material service failure, email support@slot-saver.app within 7 days and we will review a pro-rata refund.
Customer deposits
No-show deposits collected from your customers are governed by the cancellation terms each business sets. As a customer, if you cancel within the business's stated window, your deposit is refunded or adjusted to a future booking. No-shows and late cancellations may forfeit the deposit, as disclosed at booking time.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay or Stripe within 5–7 business days.
